Fully-certified since 2000, I’ve been successfully coaching clients throughout the Carlisle area and facilitating their self-growth. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life.

• Caroline White - Javelin - Commonwealth Games 1996. 2x ESAA Champion and record holder 1987-88.

• Devota Nyakhoma - Javelin - Under 23 English Championships 2nd 2015.

• Mike Little - Decathlete - North of England Championships 1989-90

• Gareth Melvin - Cross country - ESAA CC Champion, CSAA 1500m record holder 1995.

• Paul Gallagher - Hurdles - Cumbrian Record Holder 1986.
